A Knight in a White Van!

Smelling drains today to my horror, I discovered all my drains and both manholes were totally blocked! To say I was in a panic is an understatement, tomorrow for the first time in over a year I was having friends round in the garden for dinner and the smell outside was overwhelmingly terrible. A call to TBD and I was promised someone would come no matter how late. At 6.15pm cheerful lovely Paul arrived and within 20 minutes I had pristine drains again. It was also very reasonable priced but to be honest no price was too high today. I hope I don't need to use TBD again but if I did I would be on the phone to them in moments.

Highly recommended and worth every penny!

Not only did they manage to clear the blockage very quickly, but we were really impressed by how friendly and professional the workmen were. So, thanks for doing what four other contractors couldn’t and for fixing the problem with our drainage.

My sink was block and a member of your staff came to my flat named Adam with the plunge to unblock but he realised that it was effective because there water coming from my washing machine which is linked to the kitchen sink so he when back to get a machine to unblock it so I won't have issues. I am very grateful. A double 5 🌟

Blocked and damaged pipes!

TWD drainage were sent to my property to evaluate a flood problem and resolve it. This company resolved a situation left unfixed and damaged by the first plumber who attended a flood in a kitchen. I was kept informed at all times and the problem was quickly and easily fixed by professional workers who recognised the problem, knew how to resolve it and also kept me informed at all times regarding the work and costs. The costs to me seem reasonable. I also received before and after photographs !! I definitely recommend this company!

I had a really bad toilet blockage issue in my property and the fella Reece who came to sort it, didn't give up until he unblocked it. They left my property really clean and tidy after fixing the issue. I'm so thankful for all he done!
